For Holiday 2019, Aerosoles continues with the theme of #showup, celebrating women who go above and beyond in their communities.

To kick off the season of giving, we created a holiday campaign celebrating five NYC-based women who #showup for others. We asked the Aerosoles community to nominate women who go above and beyond on a daily basis — teachers, motivational speakers, healthcare workers and more — and mobilized the Aerosoles team and brand partners to create surprise gift baskets with shoes and other goods. We ran around NYC surprising these five women with the help of those closest to them.

The campaign was shared across Aerosole’s website, social media platforms and email and kicked off a month long call to action that encouraged the community at large to nominate female friends, family members, coworkers or any individual who shows up for others. Throughout the month, Aerosoles randomly selected individuals to receive a brand new pair of Aerosoles shoes to their doorstep, along with some self care goodies and a handwritten note. Nominations were taken on a mobile-friendly, custom webpage as well as in-store at Aerosole’s temporary Holiday 2019 pop-up, located at Grand Central station (to encourage foot traffic).
